We guarantee that we have the right to sell the goods to you and that the goods are free from any undisclosed security or charge.

2.4 Guarantee as to Fitness for Purpose
If you make known to us any particular purpose for which you are acquiring the goods, we guarantee that the goods are reasonably fit for that purpose.
2.5 Guarantee as to Description

3. Your Rights When Guarantees Are Not Met
If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have rights under Australian Consumer Law:
3.1 Major Failure
You have the right to choose between:
- A refund or replacement
- Compensation for any reduction in value
- Damages for any reasonably foreseeable loss
A major failure occurs when:
- The product would not have been acquired by a reasonable consumer
- The product is substantially unfit for its normal purpose
- The product is unsafe
3.2 Minor Failure
For minor failures, we can choose to:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Provide a refund
4. What We Cannot Exclude
These consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Any attempt to do so is void under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Our Refund Policy
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Important: Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are in addition to our return policy and cannot be excluded.
